Course Overview

The Purchasing & Supply Planning course covers the core components of the Strategic Sourcing process and raise awareness of ‘Best Practice’ in the industry. It also helps to understand the essentials of Negotiation, and explore the “Excellence in Contracting”. The training will be a combination of classroom-based learning, workshops, experiential learning and involve a variety of training aids to suit various learning styles. The training is designed to encourage the participants to apply the knowledge gained to their specific areas of work and bring further value to their roles and the organization.

This course is intended for participants who wish to enhance purchase Supply Planning skills to optimize performance at any level.

  • Proficient in English language (Equivalent to B1-B2 as per CEFR level)
  • Minimum age-18Y+

Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by National Training Institute LLC (NTI), attested by the Ministry of Higher Education.
