Leadership - Managing People Successfully

Course Overview

The Leadership module will enable them to become effective leaders by improving their communication style, personal productivity, learn various leadership styles and be capable of building high performance teams.

This course is intended for participants who wish to enhance leadership skills to optimize performance at any level.

  • Proficient in English language (Equivalent to B1-B2 as per CEFR level)
  • Minimum age-18Y+

Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by National Training Institute LLC (NTI), attested by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Conflict Resolution

  • Learn a definition of unhealthy conflict and how to keep from crossing over into it
