Course Overview

Problem-solving often involves decision-making, and decision-making is important for management and leadership. Problems always arise in the workplace. As a leader, you are expected to have a solutions oriented mindset so that you can guide your people towards the most beneficial options available. The Problem Solving and Decision Making program enables the participants to enhance their problem solving and decision making skills and use them effectively. The program involves a mix of interactive techniques to facilitate learning.
