Course Overview
The course aims to provide individuals with basic knowledge, understanding and skills relating to emergency response in PDO operations.
Personnel who may work as Duty Director or part of Corporate Emergency Control Centre team.
There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by NTI

- Recognise and remove the barriers involved in communications and their failure modes
- Recognise the importance of stress management in emergencies
- Debrief responses to emergencies/exercises
