Stress Management

Course Overview

Stress affects the quality of work life and personal life. If we do not recognize the stress and take effective counter measures, it will affect our work productivity, creativity, self-confidence and even may result in psychosomatic problems like backache, tension headache, lack of sleep, loss of appetite and general weakness. The Stress Management program is designed to enable participants to identify stress factors in their lives and helps them overcome the challenges faced by using appropriate strategies for their well-being.

This course is intended for participants who wish to enhance stress management skills to optimize performance at any level.

  • Proficient in English language (Equivalent to B1-B2 as per CEFR level)
  • Minimum age-18Y+

Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by National Training Institute LLC (NTI), attested by the Ministry of Higher Education.
