Course Overview

The Supervisory Skills course is designed to help participants understand the role of the Supervisor in an organization and the importance of effective supervisory skills to organizational success. The Supervisor represents the company to employees and has a dramatic impact on employee performance and behavior. Preparing supervisors to lead effectively helps protect the company’s interests, optimizes its performance, and enables an organization to maximize the contributions of employees.

This training course is designed for participants who wish to enhance supervisory skills to optimize performance.

  • Proficient in English language (Equivalent to B1-B2 as per CEFR level)
  • Minimum age-18Y+

Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by National Training Institute LLC (NTI), attested by the Ministry of Higher Education
