Course Overview

The course prepares the participants to move from informal to formal business situations. It not only teaches the rules of business etiquette but also a fresh approach to contemporary social skills and image management. The main aim is to provide knowledge and skills to Omani youth to start a professional career in Office Management and development of administrative skills. The participants also learn to evaluate each social and business circumstance and to respond with appropriate knowledge, skill and attitude.

This course is intended for Omani youth to start a professional career in Business and management skills.

  • Proficient in English language (Equivalent to B1-B2 as per CEFR level)
  • Minimum age-18Y+

Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by National Training Institute LLC (NTI), attested by the Ministry of Higher Education.
