HIAB – Vehicle-Mounted Hydraulic Lorry Loader - Arabic
Course Overview
This course aims to provide delegates with the basic knowledge and skills that will enable them to safely and efficiently operate a HIAB.
Personnel who are required to operate travelling cranes.
Safety in Slinging and Signalling (Rigger and Banksman)
Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by RTITB

At the end of the training the candidate will be able to:
- Demonstrate safe and efficient operation of a HIAB within the workplace
- State operator duties under the Health and Safety at Work, etc. Act 1974
- Explain the risks associated with HIAB operation
- Explain attachments, components and safety features
- Carry out an effective pre-use inspection
- Explain authorisation to operate arrangements
