Course Overview

The Award in Training and Assessment skills provides participants with the knowledge and skills essential to build their competence as a trainer. The micro-teach session delivered by the participants helps in identifying their strengths as trainers and enables focusing on the areas of improvement. This course provides a holistic approach to training and assessment.

This course is intended for participants who wish to enhance training and assessment skills to optimize performance as trainers and facilitators of learning.

  • Proficient in English language (Equivalent to B1-B2 as per CEFR level
  • Minimum age-18Y+

Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by National Training Institute LLC (NTI), attested by the Ministry of Higher Education and an Award from Highfield UK.
