Course Overview

The aim of this program is to make the learner a well-rounded sales executive who will be able to effectively learn about effective selling skills, creating effective first impressions, managing customer expectations.

This course is intended for participants who are interested in the positions of Sales Executives, Showrooms Salesperson or Retail Sales executive. It enables participants to enhance selling skills to optimize performance at beginner level.

  • Proficient in English language (Equivalent to B1-B2 as per CEFR level)
  • Minimum age-18Y+

Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by National Training Institute LLC (NTI), attested by the Ministry of Higher Education.
