Permit to Work - Refresher
Course Overview
The course aims to provide attendees with knowledge and understanding of OQ Permit to Work system requirements to manage the job in a safe manner without any incidents.
OQ and Contractor personnel who will directly supervise a work party (e.g. first-line supervisor, leading hand, charge hand, etc.)
Valid Permit to Work license
Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by National Training Institute LLC (NTI)

- Explain control of isolations and PTW system certificates
- Explain the procedure for Application, Authorization, Validation, Acceptance, Suspension and Cancellation of Permits
- Explain Job Safety Plans and its requirements
