Course Overview

The course aims to make the delegates aware of the potential hazards they face in the office environment and how to identify and control these hazards.

Successful candidates will receive a certificate issued by National Training Institute LLC (NTI)

Session 3 – Manual Handling Skills
Session 4 – Fire Safety
Session 5 – Chemical Awareness

At the end of the training the candidate will be able to:

Describe what is meant by hazard, risk and control
List hazards within the office environment
Demonstrate correct methods of manual handling
Describe main fire hazards, methods of fire spread and fire and extinguisher classifications
Explain the types of chemicals, the hazards they pose and the routes of entry into the body.
