  • Demonstrate the role of OSC and describe the roles and responsibilities other emergency response team members.
  • Practice ER resource management
  • Discuss and practice Situation Assessment and Evaluation
  • Examine local area operations and the associated risks
  • Recognise and remove the barriers involved in communications and their failure modes
  • Debrief responses to emergencies and exercises
