Course Overview
This course will enable the participant to acquire information about Lean Philosophy and basic concepts of Six Sigma. After completing this course of study participants can gain a general knowledge of the theory, composition, and implementation of a Six Sigma. A White Belt professional can assist with local problem-solving teams supporting projects within an organization by reducing waste and increase efficiency.
This training course is designed for participants who wish to enhance process improvement skills to optimize performance.
